Helen mccrory doodsoorzaak /\ Helen Elizabeth McCrory was a British actress who was born in the United Kingdom.
Her most well-known roles included Cherie Blair in The Queen, Narcissa Malfoy in the final three cinematic adaptations of the last two Harry Potter novels, and Polly Gray in the Peaky Blinders trilogy.
“It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of the beautiful and wonderful Helen McCrory, who died peacefully at home after a courageous battle with cancer,” Lewis posted on Twitter.
Her loved ones, family, and friends were all there to support her.”
It was in 2007 that McCrory and Lewis exchanged vows. They are the parents of two children. The actress became well-known for her portrayal of Narcissa Malfoy-Black in the Harry Potter film series, which she starred in.
She has also appeared as Polly Gray in Peaky Blinders and Cherie Blair in The Queen, among many more roles.
“She died in the same way she lived: bravely,” Lewis goes on to say. “Oh, God, how we adore her, and how fortunate we have been to have her in our lives.

Helen McCrory, a British actress who died of cancer at the age of 52, was a well-known figure in the industry.
Damian Lewis, the actor who is married to her, confirmed the news on Twitter.
‘It is with great sadness that I notify you that, following a valiant struggle with cancer, the lovely and amazing woman that is Helen McCrory has died away quietly at home, surrounded by affection from her friends and family,’ Lewis wrote in the letter.
In addition to Lucky Jim (2003), she has appeared in Charles II: The Power and the Passion (2003) as Barbara Villiers, Duchess of Cleveland; and the ITV miniseries Anna Karenina (2000) and Carla (2001), in which she played the primary character of Carla (2003).
She has also appeared in films such as Interview with the Vampire: The Vampire Chronicles (1994), Dad Savage (1998), Charlotte Gray (2001), Count of Monte Cristo (2002), and Casanova (2002), in which she has had minor roles (2005).
She starred as Cherie Blair in the film The Queen (2006), a role she reprised in the sequel, The Special Relationship, written by Peter Morgan.
She appeared in the 2008 film Flashbacks of a Fool, which starred Daniel Craig, as well as the 2007 television adaptation of Frankenstein’s Monster, which was titled Frankenstein.
She was forced to withdraw from Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix (2007) due to her first pregnancy, in which she would later go on to portray the character of Bellatrix van Detta (she was replaced by Helena Bonham Carter , respectively ).
Despite this, she went on to play Bellatrix’s sister, Narcissa Malfoy, in Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince, and she returned to the character in the two cinema versions of the last book (Part I and Part II).
